1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Sajjil, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Sajjil is a personal logging and reminder app that helps you track maintenance, appointments, and recurring tasks across categories such as car, home, health, and pets. The app is free to use. Premium features may be introduced in the future.
3. Your Data
All data you enter into Sajjil is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining and backing up your records. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all locally stored data.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Sajjil only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Use the app for any commercial or unlawful purpose
- Attempt to extract, replicate, or exploit any part of the app’s code or design
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sajjil is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose. Reminder notifications depend on your device settings and operating system behavior — we cannot guarantee delivery in all cases.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elie Sabback shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sajjil, including but not limited to loss of data.
7. Changes to the App or Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
